Team biogs

Tom Oxley
lead consultant & relationship director
Tom has undertaken major mental health reviews across industries, including financial services, utilities, the NHS, charities, local authorities, and SMEs. He has interviewed 70 employees with mental health experience and creates strategies and surveys.
Tom has worked with Mind and Time to Change and is currently writing a report consolidating the evidence from 47 Time to Change Healthchecks for a major report. He also volunteers and helped design a MENtal health event for men. Tom is also a corporate responsibility and sustainability adviser.

Sue Buck
hr specialist
Sue is an HR professional with many years’ experience of delivering targeted, cost effective, and meaningful HR solutions. She has experience across a broad range of sectors, including corporate, charity, and public.
Sue has been involved in a variety of projects relating to mental health, including design and implementation of wellbeing programmes and policies, provision of stress risk assessment services and other employee relations initiatives.

Anne Francis

Anne is an award winning business coach, trainer and mental health expert specialising in resilience, mindfulness and nutrition. Prince’s Trust mentor and guest lecturer at UEA.
Debbi Christophers
communications and wellbeing
Debbi developed Business in the Community’s East of England health and wellbeing programme to help employers actively support employee wellbeing and use their influence to improve workplace mental health and the health of the wider community.
Debbi works with businesses to develop effective CSR strategies and is Director of a tech start-up that uses gamification to improve employee engagement. To look after her own wellbeing Debbi swears by sh’bam classes and running, and a cheeky glass of rioja (though not at the same time!).

Helen Ferris-Baker
lead consultant and psychologist
Helen has worked with Mind and Time to Change conducting mental health reviews across industry sectors since 2011. She has advised organisations on developing positive mental health cultures and conducted her Doctorate research project on managing mental health conditions in the workplace.
Helen also works for the NHS as a Psychologist and advises on leadership and organisational development issues. Helen is also working with Tom to consolidate 47 Time to Change Healthchecks into a major report for Time to Change.
